GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR ONBOARD ACCOMMODATION SERVICE BY YACHT CHARTER PALOMA I
- PRICE, BOOKING AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
SEASONAL SCHEDULE AND PRICES
Pre-Season (April, May, June):
🔹 Day Charter: €825
🔹 Overnight Stay: €200
High Season (July, August):
🔹 Day Charter: €950
🔹 Overnight Stay: €300
Post-Season (September, October):
🔹 Day Charter: €825
🔹 Overnight Stay: €200
💡 Note:
✔ A reservation deposit (booking confirmation) of 30% of the total accommodation price must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
✔ Upon embarkation, the client pays a security deposit (damage deposit) of €1000 as a guarantee for possible damages.
✔ Fuel within the Pula aquatorium is included in the price.
✔ Outside this area, fuel is charged at €50 per hour of engine operation.
✔ Prices are flexible and can be adjusted based on special requests or promotions.

2️⃣ PRICES, BOOKING, AND PAYMENT TERMS
🔹 What is included in the accommodation price?
✔ Use of the yacht and equipment (as per the valid price list)
✔ Bed linen, auxiliary boat, gas, GPS, Wi-Fi onboard
✔ Stand-up paddleboards (SUP) and snorkeling equipment
✔ Mooring fees in the home port
✔ Services of a professional captain
🔹 What is not included in the accommodation price?
✖ Fuel outside the Pula aquatorium (€50 per hour of engine operation)
✖ Marina fees and mooring costs outside the home port
✖ Port taxes and other fees
🔹 Reservation deposit (booking confirmation)
✔ 30% of the total accommodation price must be paid upon booking confirmation
✔ This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation under the cancellation policy
✔ The remaining balance is paid upon disembarkation
🔹 Security deposit (damage deposit)
✔ Upon embarkation, the client pays a deposit of €1000 as a guarantee for possible damages
✔ The deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage to the yacht and fuel is topped up
✔ It can be paid in cash or by credit card
✔ If the yacht is returned with damage or without a full fuel tank, the repair or fuel costs will be deducted from the deposit
🔹 Booking confirmation
✔ A reservation is valid only with written confirmation
✔ The full deposit must be paid to confirm the reservation
🔹 Cancellation due to non-payment
✔ If the deposit is not paid on time, YACHT CHARTER PALOMA I reserves the right to cancel the booking
3️⃣ CANCELLATION POLICY
🔹 Cancellation by the client
✔ Up to 30 days before the start of the accommodation: 50% of the total price is charged
✔ Less than 30 days before the start of the accommodation: 100% of the total price is charged
✔ If the period is rebooked by another client: 20% of the total price is charged
🔹 Cancellation due to force majeure or objective reasons
✔ The client may receive a replacement yacht of the same or similar specifications
✔ Or a full refund of the amount paid
4️⃣ EMBARKATION AND DISEMBARKATION
🔹 Day Charter
✔ Embarkation: 10:00 AM
✔ Return to port: 6:00 PM
🔹 Overnight Stay
✔ Embarkation: 8:00 PM
✔ Disembarkation: 9:00 AM
💡 Note:
✔ The yacht is always operated by our captain.
✔ Guests do not operate the yacht and have no responsibilities regarding navigation or safety.
✔ The captain is responsible for the route, safety, and navigation.
5️⃣ CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Guest list submission
✔ The client must send a list of guests via email at least 48 hours before embarkation
✔ The list must include the full name of each guest
✔ Without a submitted guest list, guests may be denied boarding
💡 Note:
✔ Guests may not bring additional people onboard without prior notice and approval
✔ All guests must have a valid ID or passport
6️⃣ ONBOARD RULES
✔ Smoking: ✅ Allowed
✔ Pets: ✅ Allowed
✔ Parties: ❌ Not allowed
✔ Children: ✅ Allowed
💡 Note: All routes are planned in coordination with the captain, depending on weather conditions and navigation safety.
7️⃣ LIABILITY OF YACHT CHARTER PALOMA I
✔ The yacht will be delivered in proper condition, cleaned, and with full fuel tanks
✔ If the yacht cannot be delivered on time, the client has the right to a replacement yacht or a refund
✔ We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., bad weather)
8️⃣ COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
✔ Complaints are accepted only in electronic form
✔ If the issue is not resolved immediately, it must be submitted within 7 days
9️⃣ FINAL PROVISIONS
✔ All disputes are resolved under Croatian law
✔ Jurisdiction: Court in Pula
